Account and settings

Open Settings from the sidebar.

Section	What’s there
Account	Your Name, shown as the author of pages you publish.
Appearance	Light, Dark or System.
Notifications	”Email me when someone shares with me”.
Privacy	”Help improve Octonote”: turn it off to stop product analytics in the app.
Workspace	Rename the workspace (owners and admins).
Memberships	Workspaces you belong to; Switch between them.
Plan & billing	See Plans and billing.
CLI & agents	Install the CLI, see and revoke tokens, and create a token for CI or a cloud agent. See Cloud agents and CI.
Delete account	Permanently delete your account. You confirm by typing your email.

Signing in

Continue with Google, Apple, or your email: we send a 6-digit code, no password needed.

Workspaces

Create another workspace with New workspace in the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar. On Free you can own one workspace. Workspace roles are Owner, Admin and Member. The owner can delete a workspace in Danger zone, confirming by typing its name.
